Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
The item must be unworn, in new condition, and returned with its original packaging. All returns must be authorized prior to sending the item back.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email support@moissegems.com or complete the form below. Our team will provide return authorization and detailed instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Exceptions

Final Sale items and custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
