What shipping carriers does Moissé use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery for every order. The carrier is selected based on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped. International shipping times vary by destination and usually range from 7–21 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We hope you love your Moissé piece. If it isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
• The item must be unworn, in new condition, and returned with its original packaging.
• All returns must be authorized prior to sending the item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Exceptions
Final Sale items and custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Moissé offers complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Expedited and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
What materials are used in Moissé jewelry?
Each piece is crafted from 14k Gold Vermeil or solid 925 Sterling Silver. Vermeil features a thick layer of real 14k gold over genuine sterling silver — never brass or base metals — for lasting color and brilliance. You can learn more about our materials here.
Is Moissé jewelry waterproof?
While our jewelry is made for everyday wear, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve the integrity of the gold layer and extend the life of your pieces. Always store your jewelry in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch when not in use.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
